At My Source we recognize that “age is a state of fitness”.Fitness though means many different things to different people and changes with us through our ages. So what then is fitness? To us, fitness is integrative and functional. It provides us with a sense of being energized. Being vital. It needs to balance different types and levels of exercise with sound nutrition, rest and relaxation, and a positive outlook.
